Shipping:
Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed. This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time.
Time from placing your order until it arrives is as follows:
All in-stock items are shipped in 1-2 weeks.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping and handling of all orders.
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain, unmarked package!!!
We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays.
Items will not be sent to P.O. Box addresses.

Express Shipping = Flat $12.95
2 Day Shipping = Flat $15.95
Overnight Shipping = Flat $19.95
International Shipping = Varies on location.
Backorders
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
TAXES:
Taxable Items:
Some items on this site are taxable. A 6% sales tax will be added to those items for Pennsylvania residents.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, swimwear, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, body creams, gels or any similar romantic gifts at management's discretion including novelties. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Sale Items:
No refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.
14-Day Return Policy:
Bare Elegance Lingerie values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on lingerie and swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Procedure for Returns:
Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Procedure for Exchanges:
Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
